Responsible for the operations of Cage and Credit during their assigned shift to include
effective scheduling, completion of all necessary accountability/compliance duties,
paperwork, and to ensure effective service and coordination.

• Schedules, coaches, and evaluates cashiers and main bankers for optimum performance & service.
• Constantly ensures proper and effective accountability of funds during the shift.
• Completes required accountability and compliance paperwork for the shift.
• Coordinates with shift managers/supervisors of other departments to ensure timely, courteous service.
• Constantly promotes outstanding guest service and resolves guest related issues.
• Is able to train and develops cage personnel and new hires.
• Performs credit/check-cashing duties within the scope of his/her authorized levels as defined by regulatory internal controls.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Cage, Credit and Countroom.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational, analytical skills and attention to detail required.
• Previous Cage, Credit, and Collection experience required.
• Previous Supervisor/Management skills preferred.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
• Extensive computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• PC and data entry experience required.
• Ability to comprehend simple written and verbal instructions
• Basic mathematical skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to push, and pull items up to 50 pounds
