Job Title: Roller Operator/ Paver Operator

Job Description

Operate roller machines, including single drum, double drum, and pneumatic rollers, to compact earth, asphalt, or other materials. Ensure safe and efficient operation by inspecting equipment daily.

Responsibilities

• Operate roller machines to achieve proper compaction levels.
• Inspect equipment daily for safe and efficient operation.
• Follow site plans and instructions from supervisors.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on roller equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other equipment operators.
• Monitor compaction results and adjust rolling patterns as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
