Position Overview: Site Safety Manager

We're seeking a dedicated Site Safety Manager to support and promote our strong culture of safety across active project sites. In this role, you will plan, implement, and oversee project safety programs to ensure the highest standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project safety efforts and ensure safety expectations are met

• Conduct safety orientations, meetings, and training

• Perform regular site inspections and address hazards

• Investigate incidents and maintain required safety documentation

• Support hazard communication, industrial hygiene, and work permitting

• Serve as primary contact for regulatory inspections

What We're Looking For

• BS in Safety Engineering or related field

• 3-5 years of safety experience in construction or a similar field

• Strong hazard recognition, communication, and leadership skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams

• Knowledge of construction safety compliance; proficiency in Microsoft Office
