As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned hospital areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and support a positive environment for patients, staff, and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within the healthcare location, including assisting patients, visitors, and staff as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare environments.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and report any unusual or suspicious activity within the healthcare environment to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with emergency response activities, including guiding occupants and/or liaising with first responders as needed.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities clearly and accurately in accordance with Allied Universal and client-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Hospital employees must be vaccinated as required by hospital policy.
• Work may require entry into the hospital morgue.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to safely restrain individuals as required in a hospital environment.
• Experience in loss prevention is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
