Data Entry Keyer

Specialized Technical Services (STS) is looking for a fast, accurate, and highly focused Remote Data Entry Keyer to join our technical operations department. In this remote role, you will be responsible for the high-speed transcription of numeric and alphabetic data into our centralized management systems. This position is essential for maintaining the data integrity required for our global technical projects, and it offers the flexibility of a fully remote workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Speed Input: Rapidly enter data from scanned images, digital files, and source documents into proprietary technical databases.
  

• Error Detection: Identify and correct data entry errors or inconsistencies to ensure 100% accuracy in a remote environment.
  

• Batch Management: Process high volumes of data batches daily while maintaining strict quality control standards.
  

• Confidentiality: Adhere to rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive client and company information.
  

• Collaboration: Use our remote communication tools to coordinate with data supervisors and verify complex technical entries.
  

Requirements

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in 10-key typing and experience with cloud-based data entry software.
  

• Speed & Precision: Exceptional typing speed (minimum 60-70 WPM) with an unwavering commitment to accuracy.
  

• Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume data entry, keying, or clerical role.
  

• Self-Management: Proven ability to hit production targets and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
