If Haller sounds like the right fit, we would love to hear from you.About the Role:We are actively in search of a seasoned Estimator with 3 to 10 years of experience with estimation in the Electrical Trade for Commercial New Construction, who is adept at analyzing blueprints, specifications, and quotes to prepare an all-inclusive quality and accurate bid to join our corporate team based out of our Lititz, PA campus. This position reports to the Estimating Manager.What You Will Do:Estimating of MEP systems on projects best suited for the growth and culture of Haller Enterprises, Inc.Prepare the most cost-effective conceptual designs on design/build projects that will meet the expectations of the clients.Sketching of designs to forward to CAD operators to draft.Prepare written proposals and effectively communicate the proposal and scope of work to the customer.Negotiation and continuous follow up with clients on proposals submitted.Interact with counterparts to achieve individual division goals, as well as the overall success and profitability of the company.Work with other estimators to share resources (site visits, GC relationships, bid calendar updates)Why You Will Love Working for Us:Customizable medical benefits starting on the first of the month including company paid Life Insurance, & Long-Term DisabilityCompany contribution to 401(k) and HSA'sCompany-paid Employee Assistance Program and Mental Health CoverageCompany-sponsored activities throughout the year to connect with other Haller team membersPTO starting right awayOutstanding company culture based on Haller's Mission/Vision/ValuesNo micromanagement: Empowerment is one of our core values, and we trust you to do your jobWhat We Need From You: Required:10+ years trade experienceExperience in understanding project blueprints, design drawings, specifications, proposals and other documentation to prepare time/cost/equipment/labor/material estimates for projects and services.Valid Driver's License required to operate company or personal vehicle for company business.Must be able to present acceptable documents evidencing identity and employment authorizations per the Federal I-9 requirement.Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.Experience with Bluebeam is a plusExperience with Trimble Estimation is a plusKnowledge of general construction practices.Knowledge of the National Electric Code and NFPA 70E.As part of our standard hiring process, any candidate that is made an offer of employment must have a background check, physical evaluation, drug screening and motor vehicle record performed.
