We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations. This role will be responsible for managing a team to ensure efficient workflow across all related departments, with a strong focus on inbound receiving, replenishments, truck and pallet builds for the shipping season, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, dedicated to maximizing workforce productivity, maintaining accurate inventory, and enforcing strict safety protocols. Location :

Warminster, PA. Onsite. Monday-Friday. 7am-3:30pm.

Role and Responsibilities :

• Train, manage, and evaluate warehouse and seasonal staff.
• Conduct new employee orientation, setting expectations and safety guidelines.
• Assign daily tasks and workloads to warehouse associates.
• Monitor and improve efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of operations.
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance.
• Cross-train team members for better department coverage.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate inventory.
• Utilize Microsoft D365 to support warehouse operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements :

• Strong Leadership and communication skills
• Basic inventory and warehouse operations knowledge
• Ability to operate machinery, i.e. forklifts and pallet jacks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS
• Lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods
• Work in various temperatures and conditions
• Problem-solving, adaptability, and willingness to learn
