Step into a role where order, precision, and teamwork keep production moving. As our Mold Room Maintenance & Preparation Specialist, you’ll be the go-to partner for Set-up Techs, Maintenance, and Production—ensuring every mold is clean, organized, and production-ready.
Schedule- 12-hour daytime schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- C Shift, 2-2-3 rotation
- Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Your craftsmanship reduces downtime, boosts changeover speed, and safeguards quality.
Core Responsibilities- Clean molds after runs and prior to storage using approved procedures.
- Eliminate resin, debris, and contaminants with the correct tools and methods.
- Organize and label mold storage; keep location and inventory records accurate and current.
- Move molds to/from production using proper handling equipment.
- Visually inspect molds; report damage or concerns to supervisors/maintenance immediately.
- Stage molds and related equipment to support efficient changeovers.
- Maintain a 5S-compliant, clean, and orderly work area.
- Adhere to all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and proper material handling.
- Assist setup and maintenance teams with basic support tasks.
- Maintain cleaning tools, supplies, and equipment for mold maintenance.
- Prolonged standing, walking, and bending during 12-hour shifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Operate comfortably in a manufacturing environment.
Ensure molds are clean, organized, and available on demand—supporting reliable production and minimizing downtime.
