Randstad is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our call center team in Harrisburg, PA. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team where you'll be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service. The role involves answering inbound customer calls regarding account inquiries (including toll charges and balances), efficiently resolving customer issues, and processing essential transactions like payments and account updates. You will be working at the client's physical call center location. Accuracy and teamwork are key, as you'll be meticulously documenting interactions and collaborating with colleagues to achieve call center goals.
