We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our independent insurance agency. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who is interested in starting or growing a career in the insurance industry.
No prior insurance experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate and can assist with obtaining the necessary insurance licenses.
What You’ll Do
- Answer client calls and emails regarding policies, billing, and coverage questions
- Help process policy updates, changes, and documentation requests
- Work with insurance carriers to assist clients with their needs
- Maintain accurate client information in our system
- Support the team with general customer service and administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
- Insurance license or prior agency experience is a plus, but not required
