Shults Ford Harmarville is looking for a strong Warranty Administrator who knows how to keep claims clean, moving, and paid.

We are looking for someone who can step in, take ownership, and help drive warranty accountability across the service department.

What You’ll Do

• Submit and process Ford warranty claims accurately and on time

• Review and correct rejected, adjusted, or unpaid claims

• Ensure repair orders, technician stories, labor ops, and supporting documents meet Ford requirements

• Monitor warranty activity and help control delays, errors, and chargebacks

• Track and support performance tied to the Ford Warranty Dashboard

• Work closely with service advisors, technicians, parts, accounting, and management

• Maintain organized records and support audit readiness

• Help improve claim flow, documentation quality, and overall warranty processes

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive dealership warranty experience

• Ford dealership experience strongly preferred but not required

• Strong understanding of warranty claims, RO documentation, labor operations, and compliance

• Highly organized with strong follow-up habits

• Detail-oriented and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills and professional presence

• Comfortable working with multiple departments and holding standards
