Description of the role:

Looking for a experienced automotive technician at Shively Motors of Shippensburg. Shively motors of Shippensburg is responsible for repairing and maintaining vehicles and providing a excellent customer experience and quality repairs and diagnosis for each and every customer and there vehicle. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to diagnose and solve mechanical issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Performing vehicle inspections and diagnostics to identify issues
• Repairing and replacing vehicle parts
• Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
• Using diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot problems accurately and efficiently
• Following safety measures and protocols
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Being late is not acceptable! (Early is on time, on time is late) If you can't show up on time and on your scheduled days to work please do not apply!
• Also note we work at (Mopar) Dodge-Jeep-Chrysler-Ram weather does not effect us. When it snows we still work normal hours unless direct supervisor gives other directions to not appear. Requirements:

• Proven experience as a technician in the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy and good documentation skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to show up on time, on your scheduled days to work,in work uniform and ready to start working
