Maintain an accurate pipeline of prospective clients while nurturing existing relationships.

Explain complex insurance terminology in simple, easy-to-understand language.

Collaborate with the broader team to share best practices and ensure consistent service standards.

Update and manage client policies to reflect their changing life circumstances.

Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening.

Capability to manage your own schedule and meet consistent sales goals.

Experience in building professional relationships within a local community.

Proficiency in standard office software and client management databases.

Previous background in consultative sales or customer advocacy.
