Key Responsibilities:

• -Provide therapeutic interventions with the residents as assigned
• -Assist licensed therapists and nursing staff in implementing restorative nursing programs and rehabilitation activities
• -Support residents with daily activities such as mobility, range of motion exercises, and personal care tasks
• -Monitor and document residents' progress, responses to therapy, and any changes in condition
• -Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents during therapy sessions
• -Follow care plans and instructions provided by licensed therapists and nursing staff
• -Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and team members regarding care and progress
• -Adhere to all safety, health, and confidentiality policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in healthcare or related field preferred
• -High school diploma or equivalent; certification in healthcare or related field preferred
• -Willingness to attend the 120-hour PA Nurse Aide Training Program (Company Paid)
• -Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• -Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• -Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs
• -Basic knowledge of restorative nursing principles and practices
• -Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate documentation
