Order Entry

We are partnered with a manufacturing team in Philly looking for an Order Entry professional to join their team for a short term contract to help out with customer service order entry. The ideal candidate will have solid administrative, customer service and order entry skills. Please apply here today!

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone, email, and text to follow up on open quotes

• Update quote status in our system and log all communication

• Answer basic customer questions and escalate complex issues as needed

• Organize and prioritize quote lists for daily follow-up

• Assist with related administrative tasks as assigned
