Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This role involves planning, laying out, performing, and overseeing work assignments that include machining, welding, electrical, pipefitting, and other general maintenance duties. The individual will be responsible for installing, erecting, assembling, leveling, and aligning all machinery and plant or office equipment.

Direct Hire

Pay: $39.20/hour to start

Hours: 11pm-7:30am

$3,000 sign on bonus

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a mechanic/technician in an industrial facility.
• Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• General maintenance skills.
• Adherence to preventive maintenance schedules.
• Experience working with 480V and 3 phase motors.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
• Proficiency in welding and machining.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Carlisle, PA.

The pay range for this position is $78936.00 - $81016.00/yr.

There are multiple grades for the role and candidates can progress through work hours completed and pay will increase accordingly. This is a fully onsite position in Carlisle,PA.
