Associate Attorney
$100k-$150k Base + Bonus

Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their plaintiff personal injury law firm and represent clients in catastrophic personal injury & medical malpractice matters. Responsibilities:
- Represent clients related to catastrophic personal injury & medical malpractice matters with a focus on providing high-quality legal services
- Manage a caseload from inception through close
- Handle a cases of various litigation matters from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies and arguments
- Prepare for and conduct depositions, interrogatories, and other discovery proceedings
- Collaborate and work with as a team with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and work up all aspects of the case as a team.
- Assist with the preparation of trial exhibits, witness interviews, and trial briefs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, including organizing and managing documents and evidence
- Attend court hearings, conferences, and other legal proceedings as required
- Stay current with changes in laws, regulations, and legal precedents that may impact ongoing cases
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar and in good standing
- 5-15 years of experience in Plaintiff PI or Medical Malpractice
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
