Join our team at Buchanan Auto Park as a Building and Grounds Keeper in Waynesboro, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our property to ensure a welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings and grounds.
- Maintain landscaping, including mowing lawns, trimming bushes, and caring for plants.
- Ensure parking lots and walkways are clean and free of debris.
- Monitor and report any safety hazards or facility issues.
- Assist with snow removal and other seasonal maintenance tasks as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs or services.
- Previous experience in building maintenance, grounds keeping, or related field preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in maintenance work.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to facility upkeep.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Competitive salary ranging from $28,000.00 to $30,000.00 per year, paid weekly.
