Manufacturing Technician

Pay: $21.70/hour ( plus shift differentials/set pay increases !!)
Shifts: 2nd and 3rd shift, Monday through Friday
Will be training on the 1st shift for several months.
Job Description
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for performing equipment and tester assembly tasks in addition to regular manufacturing assignments. Your role will involve supporting various hourly positions using general mechanical and electrical skills.
Responsibilities
- Fill in for or support various hourly positions using general mechanical and electrical skills.
- Operate machines and tools, including band saws, plasma cutter, gas cutting equipment, stick welder, mig welder, magnetic drills, grinder, drill presses, jib and overhead cranes, portable hydraulic circuit tester, amprobe, voltage and OHM meters, strobe light, hand tools, hydraulic hose crimping machine, welding robot, and occasionally micrometer.
- Assemble and test manufactured products.
- Perform repairs and calibration of products.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of electrical technician experience
- 2+ years of mechanical technician experience
- 2+ years of blueprint reading experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Wiring, low voltage, hydraulics, pneumatics
- Experience with PLCs and 3-phase systems
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily

Work Environment
This position requires working on the 2nd shift from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm or the 3rd shift from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am. Initially, training will be conducted during the 1st shift for several months without shift differential.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45136.00 - $54808.00/yr.
