As a Real Estate Valuation Advisor within PNC's Real Estate Valuation organization, you will be remote. This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.

The PNC Real Estate Valuation team is hiring Real Estate Valuation Advisors.

Job Description

  • Performs real estate appraisal reviews or supervises the real estate valuation procurement process in a manner that is in compliance with the PNC Real Estate Appraisal Policy/Procedures, Federal appraisal regulations, and USPAP.
  • Provides technical assistance to staff and business partners regarding appraisal procedures, appraisal theory and methodology.
  • Makes recommendations for inclusion of an appraiser based on a review of work sample(s) to the Bank's Approved Appraiser List and provides recommended changes to an appraiser's approval status based on their performance.
  • Lead staff training sessions.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $74,750.00 – $139,150.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
