Organizational Development Advisor
In this role, you will partner with leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness, strengthen team performance, and drive strategic talent initiatives aligned with business objectives and global HR practices.

Your future role
- Support managers in team development, fostering high-performing teams aligned with strategic business plans
- Organize and coordinate talent management initiatives while ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic initiatives
- Deploy HR practices aligned with Premier Tech’s global culture and approach
- Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws and apply HR best practices
- Lead recruitment efforts
- Aligned with Premier Tech practices, elaborate and deploy recruitment and onboarding process for new team members
- Supporting initiative related to H&S and adopt the right behaviors to support this culture
Required skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to align HR practices with global standards while considering local realities
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation
- Solid understanding of employment and labor laws
- Experience in conducting HR investigations
- General understanding of human resources policies and procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
- Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality
