Client services administrator
The Financial Advisory Group, an independent financial services provider based in York, Pa., has an immediate opening for a full-time Client Services Associate . We have developed an approach that provides families with a clear path toward important lifetime financial goals and seek an outgoing experienced professional to join our team. This position is eligible for an annual bonus ranging between $4000-$8000, payable quarterly. This is a full-time in the office position.
Qualified candidate will possess :
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
* 3+ years’ relevant client experience and administrative experience in our steady paced environment.
* High school diploma required plus college coursework or degree desirable.
* Active Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) preferred but not required for position.
* Knowledge of financial services products, including but not limited to equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts
This position will serve a key support role to ensure the turnkey client experience is memorable and positive. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, computer, math and organizational skills, be detail-oriented and have excellent written and verbal skills.
Responsibilities will include:
* Opens new client accounts and research client and security information using internal databases and other technologies
* For proper maintenance and to meet firm and industry requirements, ensure client paperwork and documentation is accurate and correct prior to submission and processing
* Prepare letters, forms and reports to assist with servicing existing clients
* May enter orders at the direction of the Financial Advisor
* Facilitate client cash flow needs including systematic income and one-time withdrawals.
* Accurately organize and compile relevant client information and notes in our CRM, planning, imaging, and all other business systems.
* Organize, manage, and track multiple, detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, task-oriented work environment
* Provide superlative hospitality and client experience to every client
* Support Financial Planners in our boutique practice
The Financial Advisory Group is an SEC Registered LPL Financial Investment Advisor.
