Opportunity for a mature motivated Financial Administrative Assistant who has excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and takes initiative to complete multiple tasks within deadlines. Experience in financial services/accounting/investments a plus.
Individual will assist financial advisor by preparing and tracking all forms of investment account paperwork, communicating with brokerage firms and clients as follow-up, maintaining client data base and records in accordance with compliance regulations.
Requirements:
Strong working knowledge of MS Word, EXCEL & Outlook
Excellent communication, interpersonal & organizational skills; Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative support role preferable in the brokerage or financial services industry
Detail oriented with excellent multi-tasking skills.
Able to work as a member of a team and independently.
Must be flexible, reliable, trustworthy and confidential.
Must meet deadlines, follow-up and be able to solve problems.
