Supervision: Supervises the function and the employees of the Nursing Department.

Experience: Two to five years of nursing experience in an acute clinical environment setting including previous supervisory experience. Behavioral health experience preferred.

Education: Bachelor's degree, or combination of an Associate's degree or Nursing Diploma in an approved Registered Nurse program and meaningful and appropriate experience. Master's degree in nursing preferred.

Licensure/Certification: Current Registered Nurse license in the state where practicing is required. Current BLS certification is required. Comprehensive Crisis Management (CCM) Certification is required within 30 days of hire. The DON must maintain current licensure, BLS and CCM certifications while employed with East End Behavioral Health Hospital.
