Position Summary:


Applications are invited for a continuing non-tenure track position in Real Estate within the Department of Finance and Real Estate at the Villanova School of Business (VSB). We welcome expertise from all areas of Commercial Real Estate including Investments, Finance, Capital Markets, and Development. The position begins in Fall 2026.

Duties and Responsibilities:


The Villanova School of Business (VSB) is committed to teaching excellence. The appointment involves teaching real estate coursework at the undergraduate and graduate levels and involves relevant service responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications:


Demonstrated teaching excellence and/or relevant experience in commercial real estate.
Master's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:


PhD or terminal degree.
