• Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor interactions, and respond promptly to community inquiries.
• Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content planning.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for media editing and graphic design to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
• Implement SEO best practices and keyword research techniques to optimize content visibility across digital channels.
• Monitor digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and social media analytics platforms; generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
• Coordinate with public relations teams to enhance brand reputation through media outreach and relationship management.
• Track media performance analytics and marketing online analytics to refine strategies for improved results.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Hands-on experience with social listening tools, media editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator), and content creation techniques.
• Familiarity with digital marketing performance monitoring tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics dashboards.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research methods, and web analytics best practices.
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong graphic design skills combined with video editing capabilities are preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content writing tailored for diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyze data insights effectively to optimize ongoing marketing initiatives while maintaining a lively, positive tone that energizes the brand’s online presence.
