Early Intervention Special Instructor - Remote | WFH

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Early Intervention Special Instructor candidates to join our Infant-Toddler program, supporting children aged 0-3 in the Philadelphia area. A variety of flexible scheduling options are available to accommodate different needs.

Our services are provided across a variety of settings, including community childcare centers, clinics, and private homes, giving you the opportunity to gain diverse, hands-on experience in the field.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in early intervention, early childhood education, special education, child development, or family studies.
At least one year of experience working directly with infants, toddlers, and children with developmental delays in the Philadelphia area.
Completion of state-mandated competencies.
Completion of relevant Early Intervention (EI) trainings.
A valid MA number.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide early intervention services in accordance with professional standards and best practices.
Design engaging learning environments and activities that foster the acquisition of developmental, cognitive, and social skills for infants and toddlers. Collaborate with families and caregivers to integrate learning into daily routines.
Offer resources and guidance to families receiving services, empowering them to support their child's development.
Model effective strategies for families to enhance their educational environment and promote developmental growth.
Adhere to all relevant federal, state, and county guidelines for early intervention services.
Actively participate in Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) meetings and contribute to goal development and progress tracking.
Organize and plan instruction to optimize the child's learning and developmental progress.
Implement curriculum aligned with IFSP goals to support each child's individual needs.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress, in compliance with county policies and IFSP guidelines.
