God’s Window Preschool in Holland, PA is seeking a caring, enthusiastic professional individual for a part-time teacher position. Candidate must have a degree in education or CDA and at least 2 years of experience working with children. Position is Monday/ Wednesday/Friday, 8:45am-12:45pm. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, plus tuition incentive for children of preschool staff.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Teach various subjects, through interactive and engaging activities
- Foster social and emotional development through positive reinforcement and guidance
- Monitor and assess each child's progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Follow all child welfare guidelines and regulations

Qualifications:
- Degree or CDA in Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with young children
- Ability to multitask and manage a classroom of energetic learners
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
