Job Description: As a Modular Home Manufacturer Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and satisfaction of our modular homes post-installation. You will play a crucial role in addressing any technical issues, conducting repairs, and providing excellent customer service to ensure the highest level of satisfaction among our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and Troubleshoot: Conduct thorough inspections of modular homes to identify any technical issues or malfunctions.

2. Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on various components of modular homes, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, roofing, siding, and interior finishes.

3. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all repairs and maintenance tasks meet the highest quality standards and comply with company policies and industry regulations.

4. Customer Service: Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns, answering questions, and providing guidance on proper maintenance and care of their modular homes.

5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities, including detailed notes on work performed and any recommendations for future improvements.

6. Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members, including production staff, designers, and sales representatives, to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

7. Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on the use and maintenance of various systems and components within their modular homes.

8. Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications:

1. Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in construction, carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and other relevant trades.

2. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and develop effective solutions in a timely manner.

3. Customer Focus: Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction at all times.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to clients and colleagues.

Education and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Vocational training or certification in relevant trades preferred. • Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or a related field is advantageous.
