We're looking for a talented Heavy-Duty Transmission Technician - a driven, self-motivated professional who delivers top-quality service and builds strong customer relationships.

Requirements

What You'll Do: Diagnose and repair heavy-duty vehicle transmission issues, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on transmissions, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Disassemble, inspect, and repair transmissions, differential systems, and associated components. Rebuild and reassemble transmissions to manufacturer specifications. Test repaired transmissions and perform necessary adjustments to meet operational requirements. Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used. Communicate with management and team members regarding repairs, estimates, and recommendations for additional services. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Stay current on industry advancements and technologies. What You Bring: Experience diagnosing, repairing and maintaining transmissions in a shop, fleet or road side assistance (minimum 3 years preferred). In-depth knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle systems, including transmissions, hydraulics, and powertrains. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Experience with both manual and automatic transmission systems. Ability to read and interpret technical service manuals and schematics.
