Sheet Metal Mechanic will be reading and interpreting technical plans, drawings, and specifications to fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal components for commercial HVAC systems. Work involves cutting, shaping, and joining metal materials with precision while ensuring all installations meet project requirements and industry standards. Duties also include coordinating with other trades to support efficient project execution, managing materials and tools tomaintainproductivity, and adhering to strict safety practices.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications

• Lead and inspire a skilled crew in sheet metal, ensuring top-quality work and safety.

• Coordinate effectively with other trades for seamless project execution.

• Manage materials, tools, and job costs to drive efficiency and productivity.

• Represent your team in strategic discussions and daily huddles.

Requirements:

• Must have Journeyman or Master license

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 2 years of work/field experience in commercial HVAC construction industry

• Knowledge of various commercial HVAC mechanical systems

• Punctual and dependable work habits

• Strong work ethic

• Ability to work on ladders, stand 90% of the day, reach, bend, and lift objects of up to 50 lbs.

• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
