Elwood Staffing is hiring for an Extrusion Operator position in Leola, PA.

Extrusion Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $24.52 to $26.97 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Various shifts available
- Two Schedules available (6AM-6PM or 6PM-6AM)
- Days: 2 On, 2 Off, 3 On, 2 Off, 2 On, 3 Off
- Maintain operation of multiple lines, including loading gaskets and packaging end products
- Operate production equipment and control dimensions to maintain specifications
- Inspect, measure, and record dimensions using various measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Cut and band scrap to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Extrusion Operator Qualifications:
- Knowledge of calipers and micrometers and the ability to add/subtract 2 and 3 digit numbers
- Ability to effectively communicate with management and employees at all levels
- Previous Machine Operating experience, extrusion operating is a plus.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
