What You'll Do:

Build genuine relationships with clients through phone, email, and face-to-face conversations.

Quote, write, and manage personal insurance policies (home, auto, etc.).

Process policy changes accurately and efficiently.

Answer client questions about coverage, claims, and billing with clarity and confidence.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell and present new coverage options.

Review policies for potential gaps and proactively offer solutions.

Re-market existing clients with alternative carriers when beneficial.

What You Bring:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in personal insurance (Required).

Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

In-depth knowledge of coverage options across multiple carriers.

Attention to detail with a knack for multitasking.

A passion for helping others and delivering outstanding customer service.
