IMMEDIATE opening for Batching Technicians!!!! ***WEEKLY PAY***

Responsibilities

• Examine batch cards and verify calculations for bulk bags or boxes and accompanying pieces using unit weight and a calculator.
• Physically inspect bags and containers to ensure the correct ingredient code and name, and verify bulk quantities on skids.
• Check non-bulk pieces on the piece skid and ensure printout quantities match the batch card.
• Initial pieces without corresponding printouts by a second batcher, except for liquid batches verified during blending.
• Ensure most ingredients are in separate containers, numbered to match the batch card.
• Inform a manager if a piece does not have a corresponding printout and hasn't been signed.
• Verify batch container counts for bags, boxes, barrels, etc. on the piece skid.
• Attach fluorescent pink QC labels to each skid with product and lot numbers.
• Initial and date batch card after verifying bulk and piece weights and counts.
• Communicate with the Production Room Manager when the batch is ready for the mixing schedule.
• Recheck batches not mixed the same day before they enter the mixing room.

Work Environment

Work in a clean and FDA-regulated cGMP environment. Be part of a small to mid-sized company with a family-oriented culture, consisting of about 30-35 team members.

Located: Warminster, PAPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
