Digitial Marketing Specialist
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist in Pittsburgh, PA. Summary: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with 2-3 years of experience and a passion for data-driven strategy. This is an on-site contract position in Pittsburgh, PA. Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Specialist will plan and implement digital marketing strategies across paid search, social media, email, and display advertising
- Manage and optimize content for websites, landing pages, and social platforms to align with brand messaging
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social insights; provide actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-quality marketing assets
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will maintain and improve SEO/SEM strategies to boost visibility and traffic
- Track and report on KPIs such as ROI, CTR, and conversion rates
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn)
- Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Creative thinker with the ability to adapt strategies to evolving business needs
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
- Basic graphic design skills or experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
