Are you a hands-on problem-solver with a knack for creating exceptional customer experiences? We’re seeking a motivated Installer Helper to join our growing team as a hands-on, reliable team player to support high-end window treatment installs and grow into a career you can be proud of. As an Installer Helper, you’ll work side-by-side with experienced pros to bring custom designs to life in clients’ homes.

Location: Warehouse is in Warminster. We service Bucks County, PA and Montgomery County, PA.

What We Offer:

• Compensation : $22-$25/hr
• Time Off : 10 PTO days, 7 sick days, and 6 paid holidays annually.

• Flexible Schedule : Choose from Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday shifts, 9 AM–5 PM.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with in-home installations, service calls, and repairs within a 45-mile radius
• Help measure, mount, level, and finish premium window treatments
• Learn how to explain options and guide customers through product choices
• Support delivery, setup, and ensure the job is completed to client satisfaction
• Use the tools and technology provided to ensure every install is accurate and smooth
• Track jobs, schedules, and notes in our CRM system
  
  

Who You Are

• Willing to Learn: You might have experience in carpentry or installation, or you might just be starting out, either way, we’ll train the right person
• Customer-Focused: You know how to treat people well and aren’t deterred by working in a luxury setting
• Clear Communicator: You ask the right questions and make sure nothing gets missed
• Detail-Oriented: You care about getting the job done right, the first time
• Reliable and Team-Driven: You can work independently, but you’re also there for your team
• Growth-Minded: You want a long-term opportunity, not just a job

Requirements:

• Valid PA driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Handy with power tools is a plus.
