Location: - Remote (USA) Part time
1 Month Project (Can work as a freelancer as well)
Join us to lead cutting-edge projects improving Large Language Model performance for code generation and agent applications like home automation, coding copilots, and creative assistants.
What You ll Do:
- Lead and deliver end-to-end agent use cases in diverse domains
- Collaborate with teams to identify edge cases and ambiguous model behaviors
- Review and rank 3 4 model-generated code responses per task with structured evaluations
- Analyze code diffs for correctness, quality, style, and efficiency with clear rationales
Who You Are:
- Several years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years at a top-tier tech company (Google, Meta, Amazon, etc.)
- Strong full-stack development skills, deploying scalable, production-grade software
- Deep expertise in software architecture, debugging, and code quality assessment
- Proven ability in code review with a focus on correctness and maintainability
- Excellent communicator with the ability to deliver detailed evaluation rationales
Engagement Details:
- Flexible contractor role, 10 40 hrs/week with some overlap in PST
- Initial 1-month duration, with potential extensions based on fit
