Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification
- Tuberculosis (TB) screening/QuantiFERON/Chest X-Ray (within 1 year)
- Proof of U.S. work authorization (valid, unexpired documents: government issued ID)
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
- The schedule is for 15 hours per week 9am-12pm Monday to Friday.
- Assist with personal care (ex. bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, feeding, medication reminders)
- Support mobility (walking, transfers, repositioning, toileting)
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping/laundry
- Provide transportation for errands or appointments as needed
- Maintain a safe environment and document care
- Offer companionship, conversation, and respect for client privacy
