Industrial Equipment Maintenance Specialist — HVAC/Electrical
Role snapshot
Hands-on maintenance pro needed to support a validated, cGMP operation. You will reduce downtime and elevate efficiency by servicing and improving machinery, facility systems, and controls while rigorously updating the CMMS and applying Lean and 5S.
What you’ll do
- Execute corrective and preventive maintenance on production machinery, building assets, computer systems, control systems, and safety/security systems.
- Create and refine PM (preventive maintenance) plans; log work precisely in the CMMS (computerized maintenance management system).
- Maintain shop tools and manage inventory; assist in developing and maintaining parts inventory systems.
- Apply Lean and 5S principles to organize, standardize, and improve the workspace.
- Respond to after-hours emergencies on an as-needed basis.
- Perform effectively in a physical role depending on modality (i.e. Gamma), requiring strength and endurance.

Pay and schedule
- $27/hr plus a $1.50 shift differential
- Eligible for bonus participation
- Option 1: 3rd Shift — Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (training during the day shift)
- Option 2: 3rd Shift — Rotating Days, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
