TDI Technologies, Inc. (TDI) is seeking candidates for a Program Analyst position supporting US Navy data analytics and enterprise solutions. This position will work with program managers, software engineers, data scientists, and other engineers in the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Assist with program assessments ensuring programmatic goals/milestones are well documented and achieved
2. Create measurements of success and effectiveness and communicate business metrics to stakeholders
3. Support teams conducting Analysis of Alternatives, Design Studies, and help assess corresponding impacts to cost and schedule and mission effectiveness
4. Coordinate development efforts with and interface between teams and personnel including platform managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), contractors, and other engineers
5. Facilitate, lead and help with meetings to include peer, design, program, and testing reviews
6. Identify, monitor, and help resolve risks and problems encountered by the team

Education and Experience Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. 2 or more years’ experience with US Navy programs

Special Requirements:

1. Successful applicants must either have an active government security clearance or the ability to receive approval upon position acceptance. Due to the nature of our work with the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. citizenship is required. Some positions may require the renunciation of any non-U.S. citizenship to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
2. Must have a valid US passport or the ability to obtain one upon position acceptance.

1. Proficient in organizing within a team environment, tracking various efforts and elements of tasking
2. Experience developing and gathering business metrics
3. Results-oriented and motivated to provide solutions with measurable benefit to our customers
4. Ability to communicate complex analysis with clarity and precision
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience business analytics and basic statistics
2. Experience with the US Navy as a servicemember or civilian in an engineering or technical capacity
3. Familiarity with US Navy shipboard and shoreside maintenance procedures
4. Experience with US Navy shipboard machinery systems
5. Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Engineering or Math-related discipline

Travel:

Up to 25%.
