We are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager based in Reading, Pennsylvania. This position requires the candidate to operate within the assigned territory to manage accounts, develop relationships, and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for account-specific matters, building strong customer relationships, and acquiring new customers within the surround Reading, PA territory.
• Identify opportunities to expand product sales with existing customers and develop new accounts within the region's industry.
• Demonstrate product offerings to customers using various resources.
• Prepare sales contracts, coordinate with departments, and utilize CRM software to plan and document sales efforts.
• Stay updated on products and technologies, attend industry events, and participate in sales planning activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, report competitive conditions, and inform customers of company policies.
• Maintain flexibility to adapt to changes and handle assigned tasks effectively.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in the residential industry.
• Extensive product knowledge of relevant products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and selling abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prepare and conduct presentations.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
