LKS GROUP INC is actively hiring Class A truck drivers for dedicated, no-touch freight routes across our regional network. We offer structured schedules, reliable pay, and an operations team that’s available 24/7 to support you.

Job Summary

As a member of our team, you’ll drive 53’ dry vans , hauling pre-loaded trailers on round-trip assignments. Routes are local or regional and follow a rotating tour model. You’ll be on the road every other day — giving you consistent work and regular home time.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on regional lanes
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections accurately
• Use ELD system to track Hours of Service (HOS)
• Adhere to DOT guidelines and LKS operational protocols
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and report incidents promptly

Position Details

• Tour Structure: 37-hour round trip (13h outbound, 11h rest, 13h return) (PA, NJ, NY / NYC, MA, OH, CT, etc)
• Schedule: Assigned 2–3 tours per week
• Shifts: Fixed shift (day or night) depending on availability
• Home Time: Every other day

Compensation & Extras

• Pay Range: $1,350 to $1,500 weekly
• Base Tour Rate: $450 per tour (first 3 months), $500 after 90 days
• Bonuses: Safety, clean DOT inspections, and driver referrals
• Extras Paid: Route rescues, layovers, and approved overtime
• Tools Provided: Fuel card, ELD login, and required safety gear

Requirements

• Active CDL Class A license
• Minimum 2 years of recent verifiable driving experience
• Clean MVR and safety history
• Able to work either day or night routes as assigned
• English or Spanish-speaking
