Job Description:
- Full Time.
- Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm).
- Order Processing: Accurately enter and verify order information, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Customer Communication: Address customer inquiries, provide order status updates, and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of orders, tracking information, and communications within the order management system.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve order discrepancies, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High School Education or GED required.
- Own reliable transportation.
- Understanding and general knowledge of computer technology.
- Proficient with Quickbooks & Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Professional Telephone skills.
- Detail Orientated.
