Responsibilities for an Administrator with Phoebe Richland:

Responsible for directing the overall operation of the campus’s activities in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local laws; participating in the preparation of the annual and capital budgets for Board approval; directing and supervising assigned personnel; communicating with appropriate personnel; providing periodic reports; maintaining a current knowledge of all rules and regulations affecting the operation of a nursing home; overseeing all departments & committees within the facility.

Requirements for an Administrator with Phoebe Richland:

1. The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
2. B.S. or B.A. degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field. Master’s degree in Business or Health Care Administration preferred.
3. Minimum five (5) years' experience in administration in a long-term care facility is normally required.
4. Current Pennsylvania N.H.A. license or possess license credentials in another state which qualify for a Pennsylvania license. Current & valid PA Driver’s license.
