Now, we’re looking for a dedicated Manager-on-Duty to help us lead the way!

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Manager-on-Duty, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. From overseeing daily activities to supporting our team and guests, this is a dynamic position where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising day-to-day operations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and staff.
• Leading and supporting team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and resolving any issues with professionalism and care.
• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Assisting with scheduling, inventory management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Acting as the point of contact for any on-site emergencies or escalations.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
