At Home Instead, we provide personalized in-home care for seniors throughout Lancaster County. From personal care and companionship to Alzheimer's, dementia, and hospice support, our mission is simple— to help families flourish forever . What you'll do as a Lead Scheduler:
- Lead & support a small scheduling and on-call team to ensure consistent, compassionate care for all clients.
- Coordinate schedules for approximately 100 clients and 125 Care Pros, balancing availability, preferences, and coverage as a team.
- Oversee start-of-care shifts for new clients and manage schedule changes or urgent call-offs with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate closely with Client Care and HR teams to create seamless experiences for clients and caregivers.
- Monitor & adapt to scheduling trends, helping improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Participate in the shared on-call rotation as part of team coverage.
- Work full-time , Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., maintaining smooth daily operations and team communication.
Our Ideal Lead Scheduler:
- Experienced: At least one year of leadership experience and two or more years in hospitality, customer service, or administrative support.
- Organized & Calm Under Pressure: Balances multiple schedules, priorities, and personalities with steady focus and clear communication.
- Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Learns new systems quickly and uses tools like Microsoft Office and ClearCare/WellSky to stay efficient and accurate.
- Collaborative & Compassionate: Works closely with teammates, caregivers, and clients with empathy, respect, and professionalism.
- Dependable & Mission-Driven: Follows through on commitments and leads with integrity, supporting Home Instead's mission to help families flourish forever.

- $50,000-$56,000/year, based on experience
