Job Description

Scope & Ownership

Architecture leadership for Order Management Systems (OMS) and associated mid-office platforms including Planning, Pricing, and Procurement.

Ensure seamless order lifecycle management from front office through fulfillment and finance.

Key Responsibilities

Design and lead integrated OMS architecture spanning Front, Mid, and Back Office systems.

Translate business requirements into scalable OMS and mid-office solution designs.

Define system integrations, data flows, and interoperability between OMS, Dynamics, WMS, and Oracle ERP.

Develop functional specifications for OMS-related integrations.

Drive integration strategies using APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.

Evaluate and modernize OMS platforms to improve performance, scalability, and resiliency.

Support POCs, vendor selection, and technology assessments related to OMS and mid-office tools.

Identify and mitigate technical risks in order processing, pricing, and planning workflows.

Skills and Requirements

Deep domain knowledge in OMS, Planning, Pricing, and Procurement platforms.

Strong understanding of order-to-cash and GTM processes.

Proven experience designing complex, multi-system OMS integrations.

Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures in mid-office systems.
