Location: Lancaster, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 1st Shift
Pay: $30 - $39/hour + Full Benefits

We’re hiring on behalf of a leading facilities management provider seeking an experienced Electrician to support a high-performance manufacturing and design facility in Lancaster, PA . This site is part of a nationally recognized brand known for innovation in architectural systems and materials.

In this role, you’ll work under the direction of the Facilities Manager and Chief Engineer, providing essential electrical maintenance, repairs, and technical support to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and effectively to electrical maintenance issues or emergency calls
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and facility infrastructure
• Conduct fire/life safety inspections and ensure compliance documentation is up to date
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures, recommending solutions as needed
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and completed repairs
• Evaluate facility systems and equipment for improvements or upgrades
• Support facility expansions, new equipment installations, and start-up procedures
• Conduct building inspections and perform safety testing
• Deliver professional customer service and clear communication with site staff and leadership

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:

• Proven hands-on experience as an electrician in a commercial or industrial environment

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required

Certifications:

• State or nationally recognized electrical license or certification

Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
• Solid understanding of facility electrical systems and life safety standards
• Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude
