MATERIAL HANDLER | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

• Location: Zelienople PA 16063 – 100% on-site
• Payrate: $16/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

MATERIAL HANDLER | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Material Handler will use a variety of material-handling equipment to move parts, assemblies, and finished goods throughout the warehouse. You will work within clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and quality at every step of the process.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

MATERIAL HANDLER | RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks, pallet wrapping machines, and (once trained) walking stackers/motorized hand trucks to move inventory.
• Inventory Support: Move materials and assemblies within the plant and maintain accurate records of goods handled.
• Process Adherence: Follow prescribed steps for routine tasks and adhere strictly to quality guidelines and SOPs.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to meet daily production metrics.

MATERIAL HANDLER | REQUIREMENTS :

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• 1+ years of previous warehouse, material handling, or logistics experience.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a metrics-driven environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and/or move over 50 lbs.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, reach, and pull.
• Capable of performing repetitive motions involving the wrists, hands, and fingers.
