Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our Fox Chase Home Care HR department. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee evaluation, strategic planning, and organizational design, along with proficiency in HR software such as Oracle, Kronos, and Salesforce.

Duties

• Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent and ensure effective onboarding practices.
• Conduct employee evaluations and performance management processes to enhance workforce productivity.
• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support the organization's goals and objectives.
• Manage succession planning efforts to ensure leadership continuity within the organization.
• Collaborate with management to design organizational structures that promote efficiency and effectiveness.
• Administer workers' compensation programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Utilize HR software tools (Oracle, Kronos, Salesforce) for data management and reporting purposes.
• Foster open communication across all levels of the organization to enhance employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior HR role with a focus on strategic planning and organizational development.
• Strong knowledge of employee evaluation processes and best practices in recruiting.
• Familiarity with HR software systems such as Oracle, Kronos, and Salesforce is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
